Doing a dance- waiting for his pants to dry.
Our family sitting on a hippo in the African exhibit at the zoo.

Entertainment provided by the otters and Connor.

This was the black bear exhibit at the zoo. The middle picture is hilarious because if you just glance at it it looks like Connor is sitting in a field with a black bear.

A small little park at the Lincoln Park Zoo in downtown Chicago. If you couldn't tell, this was the wolf exhibit.
This was at Vito's for Missi's 27th birthday dinner.

Connor slept face down with his head on his hands. You can see his finger imprints on his forehead.

Connor is always interested in staying up to speed on the latest safety instructions. Safety first is his motto.

Connor and Braedyn "helping" Craig repack his back pack.
Everything is a telephone to Connor. Here he is talking on a piece of train track. I wonder if I'll get charged for that?

Our handsome little boy.

Craig and Connor playing with a train set while Becky shops for overpriced, trendy kids clothes.
The Original Starbucks on Pike St.

In the heart of Pikes Market. There were so many people it was difficult to walk.

Pikes Fish Market.

This guy was incredible. Taken on Pike St by the Market. He was playing the guitar, harmonica and tapping his feet which has bells on them, singing and hula hooping. The best part, he was good. He sounded like an animated Jack Johnson.

View from the top deck of the ferry boat.

One of my favorite pictures... my two favorite people.

View from the ferry, downtown Seattle in the background.

Don't cage me in...

Connor on the second deck of a ferry boat on it's way to Bainbridge Island.

Connor thinks it's more fun to push his stroller than sit in it.

Braedyn and Connor checking out Ivar the Clam.

Lunch at Ivar's with our friends Mike, Talisha and their son Braedyn. Craig is the one not paying attention.
The things you'll do as a parent to get a laugh.

Craig, Connor and Becky in Seattle by Pier 54. We had lunch and took a ferry ride from there.

We woke up on Friday at 2:00 am to driving rain, 40 mph winds and dense fog, a vast difference from the prior day (70 degree, sunny, no clouds). We hiked up another 1000 ft to see if we could break through the storm system, we couldn't. We turned around and hiked back down to based camp. This picture was taken at base camp around 5:00 am on Friday. My water proof jacket was soaked. From the left, Craig, me and Craig's friend Jeremiah.

Fully set up based camp. Josh is pouring himself a cup of melted snow for drinking water.
Practicing being harnessed and roped into a team of people.

Josh and I participating in "snow school" at 9,000 ft. Once we got to base camp we ran through a number of drills in efforts to prepare us for the next day assent. Such as using our crampons, ice ax and techniques while roped into another person.

Setting up base camp at 9,000 feet.

The first hour of our hike.

My friends Craig (left) and Josh prior our hike.
