After Thanksgiving dinner we went to the beach to watch the sunset... this is the beach at look out point. Connor and Braedyn played and played going back and forth from the water to a hole they dug to fill it up.

Hanging with his buddy Braedyn at the Hyatt. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel and afterwards the kids ran all over the hotel.

Walking out and back on the break wall at the Newport harbor.

Enjoying some ice cream on Marine Ave.

Dinner at the Crab Cooker.

This was taken on the Balboa Island ferry from the island to the Newport peninsula. Con really enjoyed riding on the back of my bike.

Let's just say it's hard to discipline your son when he is wearing make up. He knew he wasn't suppose to be sitting at mom's vanity but he made no attempt to hide.

Connor and his cousins on Halloween. from left, Connor, Brody, Isaac and Katie.

Our little astronaut. Con wore this NASA space suit for Halloween. He loved it.

Concentrating while he does his work...

In October we went to a pumpkin farm in Manchester. Con had a blast running all over the farm playing on the slide, swing, and hay bale maze.

Our little guy has a fashion sense that is all his own... sunglasses with the lenses popped out and a participation medal from a charity bike ride.

Becky watched our nephew, Isaac, for a few days at the end of September. After feeding Isaac a bottle she came around the corner to find Connor sitting in his chair pretending he was a baby.

Connor and I drove two hours to Boone, IA to take a ride on Thomas the Train and spend the afternoon enjoying all the activities. You can't tell by these pics but he really did have a great time. He loved sticking his head out of the train window and yelling "moo" at all the cows. He also really enjoyed the legos they had there to play with.

This could have been the highlight of our trip to see Thomas the Train. On the property was a miniature caboose which the kids could play on. I think Connor spent 30 + minutes on the caboose going in and out, putting the chain on, taking it off, climbing up the ladder, climbing down the ladder... Becky was in Dallas for the weekend so Connor and I had no agenda and he was able to do whatever he liked for as long as he liked. It's not often I can spend so much uniterupted time with him and our weekend together and trip to see Thomas was a real treat for me.
