Our man sporting his new do...
Our little goofball.

This is a full view picture of Connor's new jungle gym. That's Connor's little head behind the steering wheel.

This is the street/ river outside our house after a huge storm.

Doing what he loves... playing in the dish washer.

Enjoying his dinner outside... rice/ green beans and mash potatoes.

Busted!

Connor helping Daddy put together some new yard furniture. He always wants to be right in the action and I'm happy to accommodate.
This is Connor's new playground. We bought it at Menards last weekend and I put it together on Sunday. He just loves it... he turns the steering wheel and looks through the windows... it's a blast watching him play on it.

After a long hike Connor enjoys a cool drink of water from his sippy cup.

Saturday morning Connor, Craig and I went for a hike at Palisades State Park. They have some great trails where we were able to climb some decent hills. This was taken about 2 miles into our hike. Connor loved every minute of it. He talked, yelled and sang the entire time. He said Dada but wouldn't say Craig... go figure.
If you look closely you'll see Connor's second bruise on his forehead. Friday night we rode our bikes to Starlite to have dinner on their outdoor patio. While at dinner Connor fell ever so gracefully and landed on his forehead.

A friend from work let us borrow her bike trailer for the weekend so we have been enjoying bike rides as a family. Connor pre-ride.
The progression as he plays with his truck.

Mommy told him there was no dessert.

This week we started having family dinners together. We grind up whatever we are eating and feed it to Connor. He loves it. He had spaghetti, pork chops and green beans to name a few. On Thursday I tried to feed Connor in the kitchen nook while Becky made dinner. I couldn't figure out why he wasn't eating... he was crying and wouldn't open his mouth which is not normal for him. So, we set him a place at the dinning room table with us and he ate and drank his whole meal. He just wants to be apart of the family.

Enjoying a spaghetti dinner with Mom and Dad.

Fast asleep after a hard day of work.

Connor discovered an even better fort this morning...there's just something about those tables!

Connor discovered the fireplace for the first time today.

We leave Connor for five minutes to go into the store and come back to find he's well on his way to his first escape. Just kidding Mom was in the backseat with him.

The ladies deep in conversation while the cousins celebrate Cinco De Mayo.
One of our favorite family activities is hanging out on the patio on a nice day.

Making his way through the jungle... aka our backyard patio.

If you look closely at Connor's forehead you'll see his first bump. He misjudged his hand holds and took a header... no worries, he was fine after a small cry.
